Mr Swat is a graduate in Construction Economics from the Warsaw School of Economics, as well as post-graduate studies at the same institution in investment efficiency and in banking.
He held internships in France and the Netherlands in the areas of residential construction and finance. Between 1993-2015, he was employed in PKO Bank Polski, in areas related to the financing of residential construction, as a deputy department director, department director and Director of the Residential Lending Centre. Since March 2015, he has been a trustee in the PKO Bank Hipoteczny S.A.

Mr Kędzia is a graduate of the Faculty of Economics and Sociology at the University of Łódź, and post-graduate studies in property valuation at the Warsaw University of Technology and the Institute of Property Advisory Services. Mr Kędzia has been involved with mortgage banking since 2001, when he worked as an analyst at Nordea Bank Polska. Between 2004-2015, he was employed in PKO Bank Polski, where his duties included conceptualising and creating a bank database on property and internal processes related to property valuation and updating valuations. Since March 2015, he has been a deputy trustee in the PKO Bank Hipoteczny S.A.
