Valid in the Bank the remuneration policy is presented in the PKO Bank Hipoteczny SA Directors’ Report in the chapter "Human resource management”. According to the current PKO Bank Hipoteczny SA principles of Corporate Governance for supervised institutions, issued by the PFSA, the Supervisory Board evaluate annually the remuneration policy of the company and the results of this evaluation is presented to the Annual General Meeting.
