For several years, he has been the Director of the Banking Risk Division, where he is responsible for managing credit, market, liquidity, operational and capital adequacy risks. Consistently pursuing the strategic objectives of risk mitigation, he carried out a number of projects to improve risk management processes, in particular credit risk, which enable proper addressing of customer needs and increased profitability while maintaining an acceptable level of risk. He managed both separate units and led and participated in a number of projects covering various areas of banking.He is a member of the key decision-making committees of PKO Bank Polski, including m.in the Credit Committee, the Assets and Liabilities Management Committee, and the Sustainable Development Committee.

In 2018, he passed the state exam for candidates for members of supervisory bodies. Currently, he is a member of the supervisory boards of: PKO Leasing S.A., PKO TU S.A., PKO Życie TU S.A., as well as PKO BH S.A.

He is a graduate of the Faculty of Economics and Sociology at the University of Lodz, the Warsaw School of Economics and the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management. He holds the title of Professional Risk Manager (PRM) and Master of Business Administration (MBA).
