The share of land poviats in total transactions on the housing market decreased by one-fourth, while the share of the six largest agglomerations increased by one-third.

- Among the transactions located in the area of the agglomeration, more and more are related to houses. Confrontation of the positive observation for houses in agglomerations with the stable share of such transactions for the country as a whole leads us to the conclusion that house purchases near a large city are currently an expression of a changing lifestyle, among others due to the wide possibilities of remote work.
