PKO Bank Hipoteczny's own bonds

PKO Bank Hipoteczny bonds are another source of financing for housing loans and purchased loan receivables. They enable PKO Bank Hipoteczny to diversify its operations. They will also provide bridge financing until the next mortgage bonds are issued.

    Under the Bond Issue Programme launched on 30 September 2015, PKO Bank Hipoteczny may issue bonds on the domestic market up to the amount of PLN 6.0 billion. PKO Bank Hipoteczny will issue securities denominated in PLN with maturities ranging from 1 to 36 months. Under the Programme, PKO Bank Hipoteczny has appointed PKO Bank Polski to act as Documentation Agent, Calculation Agent, Organiser (Arranger), Dealer and Placement Guarantor. The role of Issue Agent is performed by the Brokerage Office of PKO Bank Polski.

     

    PKO Bank Hipoteczny is a member of the PKO Bank Polski Capital Group, specialising in mortgage lending. As a mortgage bank, it has a limited range of activities, in accordance with Article 12 of the Act on Covered Bonds and Mortgage Banks, and is subject to special supervision by the Polish Financial Supervision Authority. PKO Bank Hipoteczny's business model is based on close cooperation with PKO Bank Polski in order to achieve synergies within the Capital Group in the use of IT tools, risk assessment methodologies, knowledge and experience.

    PKO Bank Hipoteczny's own bonds are listed on the parallel market of the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
