Award from the Warsaw Stock Exchange for our retail issue

We received the award from the WSE for the issue of mortgage bonds for individual investors in October 2025. It was the first such offer in Poland in almost 100 years. Its value amounted to PLN 1.155 billion.  ,,We are planning further issues of mortgage bonds for individual investors. We will strive to ensure that their value in 2026 exceeds the value of the 2025 issue. I believe that we will be able to provide you with information on this matter fairly soon," said Wojciech Papierak, President of PKO Bank Hipoteczny, during the 2025 Stock Exchange Year in Review Gala.

Other award winners included:

• PKO Bank Polski, which received a special award for achieving a market capitalisation of over PLN 100 billion. The WSE emphasises that PKO Bank Polski is one of the most valuable companies listed on the stock exchange,
• PKO Bank Polski Brokerage House (Biuro Maklerskie PKO BP) - for the highest value of client turnover. The award is proof of investor confidence and the brokerage house's strong position on the market.
  
  The PKO BP Group has been actively building value for its clients, investors and the economy for years, as well as developing the capital market.

The 2025 Stock Exchange Year-End Gala was held on 14 January 2026 at the Warsaw Stock Exchange, considered the heart of the Polish capital market. The event was not only an opportunity to present awards and distinctions, but also a space for discussions about the future of the capital market in Poland. The gala brought together key representatives of the financial community, including Minister of Finance and Economy Andrzej Domański and Minister of State Assets Wojciech Balczun, as well as representatives of brokerage houses, banks, issuers and WSE partners. During the event, 29 awards and distinctions were presented to entities that made a significant contribution to the development of the Polish capital market in the past year.
