PLN 59.7 million net profit in the first half of 2023 - the highest half-year result since the beginning of PKO Bank Hipoteczny's operations

Net profit of PLN 59.7 million - it was the highest half-year result since the beginning of the bank's operation - compared to the corresponding period of the previous year, the result was better by 17.5% (PLN 8.9 million);
- PLN 18.4 billion loan portfolio with the lowest level of credit risk in the sector;
- PLN 9.8 billion of covered bonds issued (the only mortgage bank to issue covered bonds in H1 2023; the value of these issues amounted to PLN 1 billion);
the position of the national leader in terms of:
- balances of mortgage covered bonds issued,
- balance sheet total,
- loan portfolio.
- In the first quarter of 2023, the Bank's Management Board adopted and the Supervisory Board approved the new Strategy of PKO Bank Hipoteczny SA for the years 2023-2025.
