Content: According to the paragraph 60 section 2 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance dated 6th June 2025 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and on the conditions under which such information may be recognized as being equivalent to information required by the regulations of law of a state which is not a member state, The Management Board of PKO Bank Hipoteczny SA with the registered office in Warsaw (“the Bank”), hereby informs, that in accordance with article 26 of the Act on Covered Bonds and Mortgage Banks dated 29 August 1997, on 25 February 2026, the Bank transmitted for publication in the Court and Commercial Monitor the following information:
- the total nominal value of outstanding of the mortgage covered bonds issued by the Bank as of the last day of the financial year (31 December 2025) amounted to PLN 8,378,581,000.00;
- the total value of the Bank’s receivables and substitute assets registered in the cover pool register as of the last day of the financial year (31 December 2025) amounted to PLN 14,980,666,105.68.
