With reference to the current report No.106/2018 dated 12 December 2018, the Management Board of PKO Bank Hipoteczny S.A. (“the Bank”) hereby informs that on 26 February 2019 the Polish Financial Supervision Authority (“KNF”) acting under art. 22b of the Banking Law Act (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2015, item 128) unanimously issued its consent for the appointment of Mr. Piotr Kochanek as Member of the Management Board of the Bank supervising the management of significant risks in the activities carried out by the Bank.
Taking into account the above, since 26 February 2019 the resolution of the Bank’s Supervisory Board on appointment of Mr. Piotr Kochanek to the position of the Vice President of the Bank’s Management Board responsible for supervising management of significant risks in the activities carried out by the Bank for the joint four-year term of office, adopted on 12 December 2018, came into force.
