According to the paragraph 5.5 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance dated 29 March 2018 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and on the conditions under which such information may be recognized as being equivalent to information required by the regulations of law of a state which is not a member state, the Management Board of PKO Bank Hipoteczny S.A. (“Bank”) hereby informs that on May 19, 2023, the Supervisory Board of the Bank adopted resolutions to appoint the following persons to a new joint term of the Bank's Management Board:
- Katarzyna Kurkowska-Szczechowicz for the position of the President of the Bank’s Management Board,
- Piotr Jaworski for the position of the Vice – President of the Bank’s Management Board,
- Mr. Piotr Kochanek for the position of the Vice – President of the Bank’s Management Board supervising the management of significant risks in the Bank's operations,
- Stanisław Skoczylas for the position of the Vice - President of the Bank’s Management Board,
- Katarzyna Surdy for the position of the Vice – President of the Bank’s Management Board.
The appointment will commence on the day following the date of the Ordinary General Meeting of the Bank approving the financial statements for the financial year ending December 31, 2022. Each of the above mentioned persons declared that:- is not conduct any business competitive to the business of the Bank;- is not participate in any business competitive in respect of the Bank as a partner in a partnership;- is not a members of a bodies of a companies competing with the Bank;- is not a members of any other bodies of legal person competing with the Bank;- is not registered in the National Debt Register.
