Subject: Appointment of the Members of PKO Bank Hipoteczny S.A. Management Board

According to the paragraph 5.5 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance dated 29 March 2018 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and on the conditions under which such information may be recognized as being equivalent to information required by the regulations of law of a state which is not a member state, the Management Board of PKO Bank Hipoteczny S.A. (“Bank”) hereby informs that on 28 march 2019, the Supervisory Board of the Bank appointed three-members Bank's Management Board for a joint four-year term:
Ms Paulina Strugała for the position of the President of the Bank’s Management Board;
Mr Piotr Kochanek for the position of the Vice President of the Bank’s Management Board responsible for matters related to risk management;
Ms Agnieszka Krawczyk for the position of the Vice President of the Bank’s Management Board responsible for creating the product and shaping the service process as well as matters related to finance.
In accordance with the resolutions adopted, the above-mentioned persons were appointed to the indicated positions in the Bank's Management Board for a joint four-year term of the Bank's Management, starting on the day following the date of the General Meeting approving the financial statements for the financial year ended 31 December 2018.
Moreover, the Bank hereby informs that according to the submitted statements none of the appointed persons conducts:
- any business competitive to the business of the Bank;
- participates in any business competitive in respect of the Bank as a partner in a partnership;
- is a member of a governing body of a company competing with the Bank or a member of any other governing body of legal person competing with the Bank;
- is registered in the Register of Insolvent Debtors.
