According to the paragraph 5.5 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance dated 29 March 2018 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and on the conditions under which such information may be recognized as being equivalent to information required by the regulations of law of a state which is not a member state, the Management Board of PKO Bank Hipoteczny S.A. (“Bank”) hereby informs that on January 27, 2023, the Polish Financial Supervision Authority unanimously expressed consent for the appointment of Mrs. Katarzyna Kurkowska-Szczechowicz as the President of the Bank’s Management Board.
On September 19, 2022, the Supervisory Board of the Bank has appointed Mrs. Katarzyna Kurkowska-Szczechowicz to perform the function of the President of the Management Board for the current joint four-year term of office of the Bank’s Management Board, subject to approval of the appointment by the Polish Financial Supervision Authority and as of the date of this approval being granted, but not earlier than October 1, 2022. Until that consent was obtained, Mrs. Katarzyna Kurkowska-Szczechowicz was the Vice President of the Bank's Management Board managing the work of the Bank's Management Board.
Obtaining the said consent results in fulfilment of the condition of becoming the President of the Bank’s Management Board.
