According to the paragraph 80.1 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance dated 29 March 2018 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and on the conditions under which such information may be recognized as being equivalent to information required by the regulations of law of a state which is not a member state, The Management Board of PKO Bank Hipoteczny Spółka Akcyjna with its registered office in Warsaw (“Bank”) hereby informs of the dates of publication of periodic reports in 2024:
- annual report of the Bank for the year ended 31 December 2023 – 7 March 2024;
- semi-annual report of the Bank for the 1st half 2024 – 22 August 2024.
