Content: According to the paragraph 5.5 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance on 6 June 2025 on the current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and the conditions for considering as equivalent the information required by law of a non-member state, the Management Board of PKO Bank Hipoteczny S.A. (“Bank”) hereby informs that on March 18, 2026 Mr. Marek Radzikowski submitted his resignation letter from the function of the Member of the Supervisory Board of the Bank effective at the end March 18, 2026. The resignation does not include the reasons for its submission.
