According to the paragraph 5.5 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance dated 29 March 2018 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and on the conditions under which such information may be recognized as being equivalent to information required by the regulations of law of a state which is not a member state, the Management Board of PKO Bank Hipoteczny S.A. (“Bank”) hereby informs that on December 6, 2022, the Bank’s Extraordinary General Meeting appointed Tomasz Baum as the Member of the Bank’s Supervisory Board for a common term of office of the Bank’s Supervisory Board.
Tomasz Baum
Lawyer, graduate of the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznan at the Faculty of Law and Administration and member of the District Chamber of Legal Advisors in Poznan. He is certified as a restructuring advisor. In numerous proceedings he acts as a receiver, temporary court supervisor and curator for legal entities. Court mediator.
He specializes in civil law, bankruptcy and restructuring. He has many years of experience in providing legal services to businesses and individuals.
He has been running his own practice for many years. He has acquired professional experience in leading law firms, where he provided legal services to entities, including those in the financial sector in a wide range of areas. Author of numerous publications related to the functioning of the real estate market.
Mr Tomasz Baum declared that:
-he doesn’t conduct any business competitive to the business of the Bank;
-he doesn’t participate in any business competitive in respect of the Bank as a partner in a civil-law partnerships or a partnership;
-he is not member of a body of a capital company competitive to the Bank;
-he is not member of any other governing body of legal person competing with the Bank;
-he is not registered in the National Debt Register.
