Content: According to the paragraph 5.5 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance on 6 June 2025 on the current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and the conditions for considering as equivalent the information required by law of a non-member state, the Management Board of PKO Bank Hipoteczny S.A. (“Bank”) hereby informs that on June 10, 2026 Mr. Wojciech Papierak submitted a letter of resignation from his position as member and, at the same time, as President of the Management Board of the Bank effective at the end June 10, 2026.
The reason for the resignation is the appointment to the composition of the Management Bord of PKO Bank Polski S.A.
