According to the paragraph 5.5 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance dated 29 March 2018 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and on the conditions under which such information may be recognized as being equivalent to information required by the regulations of law of
a state which is not a member state, the Management Board of PKO Bank Hipoteczny S.A. ("Bank") hereby informs that on February 28, 2025 the Supervisory Board of the Bank appointed Mr Michał Stępniewski to the Management Board as Vice President of the Management Board starting from March 01, 2025, for the current joint term of office.
Information on the newly appointed Vice President of the Bank's Management Board, Mr Michał Stępniewski, can be found in the appendix to the report.
Mr Michał Stępniewski declared that he:
- is not conduct any business competitive to the business of the Bank;
- is not participate in any business competitive in respect of the Bank as a partner in a partnership;
- is not a members of a bodies of a companies competing with the Bank;
- is not registered in the National Debt Register.
