Content of the report:
In connection with the admission to trading on 4 July 2019 on the regulated market of the first series of bonds of PKO Bank Hipoteczny S.A. ("Bank") of a non-shared nature, issued in a public offering with nominal value of less than EUR 100,000 (or equivalent), the Bank will publish a report for the third quarter of 2019.
Therefore, acting in performance of the obligation under the paragraph 80.4 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance dated 29 March 2018 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and on the conditions under which such information may be recognized as being equivalent to information required by the regulations of law of a state which is not a member state, the Management Board of PKO Bank Hipoteczny Spółka Akcyjna with its registered office in Gdynia (“Bank”) hereby supplements the content of the current report 107/2018 for information that the report for the third quarter of 2019 will be released on 7 November 2019.
