With reference to the current report No.25/2018 dated 4 April 2018, the Management Board of PKO Bank Hipoteczny S.A. (“the Bank”) hereby informs that on 12 June 2018 the Polish Financial Supervision Authority (“KNF”) acting under art. 22b of the Banking Law Act (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2015, item 128) unanimously issued its consent for the appointment of Ms. Paulina Strugała as the President of the Management Board of the Bank.
Taking into account the above, since 12 June 2018 the resolution of the Bank’s Supervisory Board on appointment of Ms. Paulina Strugała to the position of the President of the Bank’s Management Board, adopted on 4 April 2018, came into force.
Information about the education and professional career of Ms. Paulina Strugała was announced in the current report No.25/2018 published on 4 April 2018.
