According to the paragraph 5 point 1) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance dated 6 July 2018 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and on the conditions under which such information may be recognized as being equivalent to information required by the regulations of law of a state which is not a member state, The Management Board of PKO Bank Hipoteczny S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (“Bank”) hereby informs that on 11 August 2025 it received information that pursuant to Resolution No. 22 of the Ordinary General Meeting of the Bank on 27 June 2025, the Capital City of Warsaw District Court in Warsaw, 12th Commercial Division of the National Court Register on 11 August 2025 registered amendments to the Bank’s Articles of Association.
The registered amendments to the Bank’s Articles of Association are described in the attachment No.1 to this report.
The current consolidated text of the Articles of Association of PKO Bank Hipoteczny S.A., taking into account the amendments referred to above, determined by resolution No. 23 of the Ordinary General Meeting of PKO Bank Hipoteczny S.A. on 27 June 2025, is an attachment No. 2 to this report.
