REPORT 1/2026 Dates of submission of periodic reports by PKO Bank Hipoteczny S.A. in 2026

Legal basis: § 84(1) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 6 June 2025 on current and periodic information disclosed by issuers of securities and conditions for recognising information required by the laws of a non-member state as equivalent. 

Report content: The Management Board of PKO Bank Hipoteczny Spółka Akcyjna with its registered office in Warsaw (the ‘Bank’) hereby announces the dates of publication of periodic reports in 2026:

1)    the Bank's annual report for the year ending 31 December 2025 – 12 March 2026,

2)    the Bank's quarterly report for the first quarter of 2026 – 14 May 2026,

3)    the Bank's semi-annual report for the first half of 2026 – 13 August 2026,

4)    the Bank's quarterly report for the third quarter of 2026 – 5 November 2026.
