Report No. 18/2024 - Dismissal of the member of PKO Bank Hipoteczny S.A. Management Board

Legal basis: Art. 56 sec. 1 point 2 of the Act on Public Offering - current and periodic information.

Content: According to the paragraph 5.4 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance dated 29 March 2018 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and on the conditions under which such information may be recognized as being equivalent to information required by the regulations of law of a state which is not a member state, the Management Board of PKO Bank Hipoteczny S.A. ("Bank") hereby informs that on August 9, 2024 The Supervisory Board of PKO Bank Hipoteczny S.A. dismissed Mr. Piotr Jaworski from the function of Vice President of the Management Board of the Bank and at the same time from the Management Board of the Bank, effective at the end of August 9, 2024.

The reasons for the dismissal were not indicated in the Supervisory Board’s decision.
