Report No. 19/2020 Publication in the Court and Commercial Official Journal (Monitor Sądowy i Gospodarczy) of information of outstanding mortgage covered bonds and receivables and substitute assets registered in the cover pool registry

Content: PKO Bank Hipoteczny SA (the "Bank") hereby announces that, in accordance with art. 26 of the Act on Covered Bonds and Mortgage Banks, on 20 February 2020, it transmitted for publication in the Court and Commercial Monitor the following information: 

1) the total nominal value of outstanding of the mortgage covered bonds issued by the Bank as of the last day of the financial year (31 December 2019) amounted to PLN 16,219,371,500.00;

2) the total value of the Bank’s receivables and substitute assets registered in the cover pool register as of the last day of the financial year (31 December 2019) amounted to PLN 21,912,027,248.45.
