Historic debut of PKO Bank Hipoteczny covered bonds for individual investors on the Warsaw Stock Exchange
For the first time in nearly a century, individual investors can purchase mortgage bonds on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. On 29 October, PKO Bank Hipoteczny's retail mortgage bonds with a total value of PLN 1.155 billion made their debut on the Catalyst market. This historic debut marks a new stage in the development of the debt securities market in Poland.

PKO Bank Hipoteczny may issue mortgage bonds worth up to PLN 10 billion under the programme
The Polish Financial Supervision Authority has approved PKO Bank Hipoteczny S.A.'s prospectus concerning the Mortgage Covered Bond Issue Programme. On this basis, the bank may issue covered bonds with a total nominal value of up to PLN 10 billion, as part of offers addressed to both institutional and retail investors.

500 million euro covered bond issue
On June 25, 2025, PKO Bank Hipoteczny issued four-year mortgage bonds with a total face value of €500 million. The mortgage bonds included international investment funds, commercial banks and the central bank of a Nordic country.
