PKO Bank Hipoteczny SA with the registered office in Warsaw, in accordance with art. 26 of the Act on Covered Bonds and Mortgage Banks dated 29 August 1997, hereby announces that, on 8 March 2024, it transmitted for publication in the Court and Commercial Monitor the following information:
1) the total nominal value of outstanding of the mortgage covered bonds issued by the Bank as of the last day of the financial year (31 December 2023) amounted to PLN 10,370,700,000.00;
2) the total value of the Bank’s receivables and substitute assets registered in the cover pool register as of the last day of the financial year (31 December 2023) amounted to PLN 16,906,587,111.12.
